Heights Castle is set within eight acres of private ground, in quiet countryside with panoramic views, three miles from Appleby.

The 30ft caravan is situated in private grounds with beautiful views. It has one double bedroom, two bunk beds and the diner conversion also sleeps two. There is a calor gas cooker and water heater, microwave, shower and toilet, colour television , electric fire and fridge. Calor gas is provided and electricity is on a £1 coin meter.

All dogs and pets are very welcome, all we ask is that they are kept off the furniture!

A shop, restaurant and takeaway are all located in the village of Ormside, about 1.5 miles away. There are pubs in Ormside, Great Asby amd, of course, Appleby.

Appleby provides you with the opportunity to play golf, go swimming or fishing. Or you could take a trip on the famous Settle Carlisle railway which runs through the town - and passes within one mile of the caravan.

Heights Castle and the Eden Valley provide an ideal base for touring the Lake District and Yorkshire Dales, as well as providing some beautiful views and relaxing surroundings of its own. The Tourist Information Centre in Appleby provides details of some of the many attractions, sights, walks and places of interest that can be found in this picturesque part of Cumbria.

We also have a Caravan Club Certified small site for up to five touring caravans, which has shower and toilet facilities.
