The caravan is located within its own enlosed area at the end of a private road on a family run Lakeland farm in the delightful Lickle Valley, just six miles south of Coniston Water and three miles to the north of Broughton-in-Furness, on the edge of the Lake District National Park.

From the caravan there are wonderful views; to the north towards White Pike, which leads onto Dow Crag and Coniston Old Man, and to the south is a virtually uninterrupted view of the Lickle Valley.

This area is an ideal base for touring the coast but still within easy reach of the Lakes. Walks from the caravan door give you a chance to enjoy our beautiful countryside.

The Lickle Valley is a very popular walking area and here you will find walks to suit all abilities, from gentle riverside walks or forest walks and more strenuous fell walks. Footpaths cross over the fells into the Duddon valley, or up onto Stickle, Caw, White Pike, Dow Crag and onto Coniston Old Man. Bridle paths allow mountain bikers to find their way onto the quiet open fells.
