It is situated by its self in a small paddock on a farm in the eden valley with views of the Penninnes, it is on the edge of Warcop a small village midway between the 2 market towns of Appleby & Kirkby Stephen.

Warcop is situated on the River Eden which is very popular with fishermen, there is also a pub and a good sized play area including a willow maze. Appleby & Kirkby Stephen are both 5 miles away and both have a weekly market and many interesting shops and places to eat, there is also a pub with a restaurant in the next village 1 mile away.

There are many nice walks in the area including "Murton Pike" a relatively gentle walk that will get you on top of the Penninnes, there are some less strenuos level walks along disused railway lines.

We are between the lake district and the Yorkshire dales half an hour in the car will get you to either of them. If golf is your game there is Appleby golf course 4 miles away and fishing in the eden is also available..

Well behaved pets are welcome. Prices £150-£300 electricity & gas included.
